Charles Troe is a seasoned advisor with over 35 years of experience,
specializing in healthcare, medical devices, and related industries. His
deep expertise extends across medical products, technology, and life
sciences, where he has guided organizations through strategic growth,
complex transactions, and regulatory challenges. Charles’s career
includes senior roles at prestigious firms such as Mosaic Capital, Taurus
Capital, Barrington Associates, Adams, Duque & Hazeltine, Andrews &
Kurth, and Mayer Brown LLP, where he worked with clients in healthcare,
biotechnology, and medical device sectors.
In addition to his advisory roles, Charles has been an active leader in the
healthcare community, serving on the boards of the Los Angeles
Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, the Life
Science Industry Council, and the Southern California Biomedical Council.
His involvement in these organizations reflects his commitment to
advancing medical innovation and improving patient outcomes.
Charles holds a BBA from the University of Iowa and a JD from the
University of Chicago. He is admitted to the State Bar in California,
Colorado, and Illinois and previously held a FINRA Series 7 license.
